LAS VEGAS, NV–(Marketwire - January 21, 2010) - Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BFHJ), a casino investment and management holding company, entered into final negotiations to purchase a hotel in Managua, Nicaragua. The hotel, to be known as “Hotel Beneficial,” will be owned by one of Beneficial Holdings’ Nicaraguan subsidiaries. Beneficial believes that the negotiations will be completed over the next three weeks.
